With the arrival of spring in the Grand Valley, there are more opportunities to get outside and enjoy the longer days. For those who love to include their furry friends in their outdoor adventures, remember to bring their leash. 

In Mesa County, most parks and open spaces permit dogs, but they must be on a leash no longer than 10 feet. These leash regulations are enforced to ensure the safety of everyone in our community, including your beloved pet.
