June is Adult Protection Awareness Month, and Mesa County Department of Human Services (MCDHS) invites you to learn more about how we support at-risk adults in our community. Join us for two events hosted by the Adult Protective Services team:

Adult Protective Services 101

Monday, June 16, at 4:30 p.m.

Get an introduction to the Adult Protective Services (APS) program and the MCDHS Prevention Program. Learn how these programs work together to protect vulnerable adults in Mesa County.

Adult Protective Services Open House

Wednesday, June 18, at 11:30 a.m.

Room 1060, 510 29 ½ Road

Meet the Adult Protection team, ask questions, talk through different scenarios and explore how our staff responds to reports of mistreatment.
