Mesa County Child Support Services (CSS) is here to help families establish, enforce, and modify child support orders to ensure children receive the resources they need.

How CSS Can Help:

Locate Parents: Our office can conduct searches to locate parties involved in a case.

Establish Paternity: In-office genetic testing is available to determine parentage.

Establish Child & Medical Support Orders: Orders can be created through administrative or judicial processes.

Enforcement: Ensures that support payments are made, utilizing various enforcement remedies when necessary.

Modification of Order: If there is a substantial change in circumstances, a child support order can be modified upon request.

Employment & Training: CSS is strategically located within the Mesa County Workforce Center to provide parents with employment and training opportunities for upskilling and reskilling.

Community Connections: We connect parents to valuable community resources such as CCAP, SNAP, Colorado Works, Nurse-Family Partnership, Food Bank of the Rockies, etc.
