Departments
Administration

Board of County Commissioners

Clerk and Recorder's Office
Responsible for the functions of Motor Vehicle, Recording, Elections, Liquor and Marijuana licensing and Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners.
Community Development Division
Administers the Building, Code Compliance Services, Planning, and Sewer or On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) departments.
Coroner's Office
Investigates certain categories of deaths, not all deaths in the county fall under our jurisdiction.
County Attorney's Office
Provides legal advice to the Board of County Commissioners. Represent elected officials, boards, commissions and various county departments.

District Attorney's Office
