Assessment Rates & Value Exemptions

For 2024 Property Tax Notices legislature enacted a exemption of $55,000 for residential properties and $30,000 for commercial properties. Assessment rates for 2025 will not finalize until November 2025.

Reminder to report taxable personal property to Assessor's Office

All individuals or businesses owning taxable personal property with a total actual value exceeding $56,000 (per owner, per county) on January 1, 2025, must report such property to the Assessor’s Office before April 15, 2025.
