Design, construct, and administer all public infrastructure projects in order to assure a safe and reliable system for the benefit of Mesa County.

We provide professional administrative and technical support to the divisions and citizens of Mesa County for physical improvements through design and maintenance of roads, bridges, traffic control systems.

Educate our community in stormwater pollution prevention, protect and improve water quality in the Grand Valley.

Traffic

Provide citizens with a safe and efficient movement of people and goods. Adopt A Road, Vehicle Speed Monitoring program, Mailbox Guidelines available.

County secures $1.78M state grant for Orchard Mesa bike, pedestrian and water infrastructure project

Today, Mesa County Commissioners voted unanimously to ratify Commissioner JJ Fletcher’s signature on a $1,786,736 grant from the Colorado Water Conservation Board to support the Orchard Mesa Check Piping and 38 Road Bike and Pedestrian Project.
