Gear up Mesa County! The FREE, family-friendly Cycle Safety Fest is rolling into the Mesa County Fairgrounds on Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and trust us, you won't want to miss out. This year, nearly 20 incredible organizations are joining forces to host the 2nd Annual Cycle Safety Fest and 4th Annual Crime Stoppers of Mesa County Car Show.
Whether you're a car/motorcycle enthusiast, a weekend rider, a curious newbie, or just looking for a fantastic family outing, there's something for everyone:
- Car and Motorcycle Show: A display of local vehicles hosted by Crime Stoppers of Mesa County, featuring an awards ceremony.
- Free Intro Rides and Demo Rides: Ever wanted to feel the thrill of a motorcycle or BMX ride? What about the freedom of a bicycle or e-bike? Now's your chance! Get a taste with FREE introductory and demo rides.
- Fun for the Whole Crew: Expect a fantastic lineup of interactive games, presentations, and activities that will entertain and educate in equal measure.
- Touch-a-Truck Experience: Featuring Grand Junction Police Department SWAT, Bomb Squad, Mobile Incident Dispatch Truck, the Colorado State Patrol Rollover Simulator, and more.
