Share your experience with accessing mental health services
Mesa County is inviting all residents to participate in a Mental Health Community Assessment survey, which will run until June 3, 2024, to gather insights on the current state of mental health services and identify areas for improvement.
In 2021, a similar survey provided critical feedback, leading to the establishment of:
- Grand Valley Connects, our mental health navigation hub, and
- Mesa County Department of Behavioral Health, which includes Co-response and Multi-Agency Collaboration (MAC) teams for intensive case management
Three years later, Mesa County is eager to hear updated feedback from our community, whose insights are crucial in evaluating what has improved and what still needs work.
Survey responses are completely anonymous. The information collected will be vital for identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities within our mental health system. This survey is part of an ongoing effort to develop an effective plan for managing mental health services in the future.
