Students in Mesa County are invited to enter the 2027 “I Voted” sticker contest. Submissions will be taken this year, voted on in December, and used during the 2027 election season.

Any county residents in grades 1-12 can participate. Winners will be chosen from elementary, middle and high school ages. Kids can design an original logo that will be used to create 2-inch “I Voted” stickers and digital graphics for sharing by Mesa County Elections throughout the 2027 election season.

Design Requirements:

  • The words “I Voted” must appear somewhere in the design.

  • The design must be original artwork created by the entrant.

  • AI-generated artwork will not be accepted.

Winners will receive a $50 gift card, a plaque featuring their artwork, and recognition at a Board of County Commissioners public hearing.

Artwork will be collected between the period of Sept. 8, 2026, and Nov. 1, 2026. Mesa County Elections will select the top designs, then we will post them and open the contest for voting on our website. Visit vote.mesacounty.us from Dec. 1, 2026 through Dec. 14, 2026 to vote for your favorite designs. The winning artwork will be announced in January 2027.

Find more information and submission instructions in the 2027 “I Voted” Sticker Contest packet.
