Interim Development Policies for the Planning Department

Interim development policies are adopted by the Mesa County Board of Commissioners to guide the development of property in specific areas prior to the availability of infrastructure and services. This includes roads, water, sewer and other services. The intent is to allow property owners some development potential, while restricting development that cannot be adequately served at this time.
