- The Fairgrounds Master Plan is designed to be a roadmap for future development of the property.
- Mesa County has been working with community members, local leaders and user groups to analyze options for the future development of this 90-acre property in Orchard Mesa.
- The plan was adopted on December 10, 2012, by the Board of County Commissioners.
- The plan does not dictate funding for capital improvements, but rather will help guide discussions about investments in the coming years.
