No Burn Advisory

Mesa County Public Health has issued a No Burn Advisory for Friday, April 10, 2026 from 12 to 8 p.m. due to fire danger concerns. Burning of any kind, including agricultural burning, is not allowed during this advisory period. Check conditions on our Air Quality webpage.

A cost allocation plan is completed annually in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 in order to identify indirect administrative costs incurred by the County. Knowing these costs and how they relate to the various departments across the County allows the County to be reimbursed for administrative costs incurred on behalf of other governments. The Plan also acts as a management tool when determining how to best utilize administrative resources for all the county functions.
