Mesa County Public Health has issued a No Burn Advisory from Saturday, June 6 at 7 a.m. until Tuesday, June 9 at 9 p.m. due to fire danger. Burning of any kind, including agricultural burning, is not allowed during this advisory period. Check conditions on our Air Quality webpage.

Mesa County has developed the Mesa County Resource Management Plan to establish local policy regarding the County’s desired use and management of federal lands in its jurisdiction over which it does not exercise direct authority, but can influence the development and implementation of federal policies, programs, and other types of federal decision-making regarding federal lands and natural resources in Mesa County.
