Stage 1 Fire Restrictions enacted

Effective beginning 12:01 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2026, until further notice. These restrictions apply to all private land and BLM managed public lands within the boundaries of the Grand Junction Field Office. For more information visit the Fire Restrictions webpage.

Renewal postcards

As a courtesy to our residents, all Colorado counties send out renewal notices for currently registered vehicles.

Colorado has also passed legislation to allow vehicle renewal reminders to be sent via email and text message starting in 2026.  If you'd like to opt in for that service when you are in our offices let the clerk know to put your email address and/or phone number on your record so in 2026 we already have that information available.
