Our Nurse Home Visiting team oversees services that support pregnant people and families with newborns and young children. All of our services are voluntary and at no cost to community members. We also offer support in both English and Spanish.

This is a nurse home visiting service for first-time parents in Mesa County.

A nurse partners with families starting early in pregnancy and continuing until the child’s second birthday.

Family Connects

Connecting every family to a healthy future.

A registered nurse visits your home around three weeks after birth to celebrate your progress and provide personalized care for the parent and baby. There is no additional cost to you, and anyone with a newborn can participate.

Get support on everything from feeding and sleeping to childcare options, and connect with community resources tailored to your needs. It all takes place in the comfort of your own home.
