Delinquent Taxes

Property taxes officially become delinquent the day after each deadline. For payments postmarked after each deadline date, delinquent interest must be included with your payment.

For all accounts after August 31st, we require certified funds.

If you pay off a tax lien, certified funds are required for at least the lien amount due.  We cannot accept partial payments on liens. 

Partial payments on current taxes still accrue late interest.  If you absolutely must make payments please communicate that with the office before remitting your payment so we are sure to accept the short payment.
