Notice of Valuation for 2026 intervening tax year

***For most properties, 2026 taxable value will remain the same as that of 2025, as reflected on the 2025 NOV owners received by mail in May 2025. Property owners will receive a 2026 Notice of Value by mail in May of 2026 only if there was some change to the property from 2025. For these properties, the Assessor’s Office must value your property as it exists on January 1, 2026, and determine its probable market value as of June 30, 2024.
