Scheduling a meeting with a Commissioner
If you need to schedule a meeting with a Commissioner, please review the following information:
- Meeting duration: Meetings with the Board of Commissioners are generally scheduled at 30-minute intervals. Please keep your presentation and discussion to 20 minutes to allow time for questions.
- Materials submission: If you plan to use a PowerPoint presentation or other materials, kindly provide them to the administrative staff in advance.
- Next steps: After you submit your request, you will be contacted to schedule your meeting. You may also be invited to present your item at a public hearing.
