Underground permit requirements
Work impacts underground of a Mesa County Right-of-Way
It's required to obtain a permit if any of the following are impacted
- Installation
- Replacement or repair of any
- Water
- Sewer
- Power
- Gas
- Telephone
- Fiber utility
Regulations and rules
- Please apply for the permit at least 15 working days prior to starting your project.
- County may require additional documentation.
- Traffic Control Plan prepared by a certified Traffic Control Supervisor.
- A set of plans and drawings for your project.

- Fill out the required fields in the form and click with you mouse on “Register” button at the bottom of the form.
- You will be taken to the online permit application form. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your permit application.
