  • Skills Mapping: Identify the skills and proficiency levels needed for success in priority roles.
  • Writing Skills-First Job Descriptions: Learn how to write job descriptions that focus on the skills needed.
  • Skills-First Screening and Interviewing: Learn how to evaluate candidates based on skills, work examples and competencies.
