DMV2GO event provides DMV services to Coloradans
Mesa County Behavioral Health was proud to partner with the Mesa County Public Library, Mesa County Sheriff's Office, and Grand Valley Connects to host a DMV2GO event on July 30, 2024.
DMV2GO is the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) new program, which aims to help Coloradans who don’t have easy access to in-office driver's license services by bringing the DMV to them.
Mesa County agencies provided services for 31 people through the DMV and were able to support numerous clients from the MAC team, with local agencies sending individuals for walk-in services. Peers and case managers from Amos Counseling, Foundations for Life, and Mind Springs came out to support the event. Bill Wimsett with Shift Counseling was on hand, along with members of the Mesa County Co-response team.
DMV2GO is part of the DMV's commitment to serve all Coloradans, particularly those who do not have easy access to DMV services.
Thank you to all who helped plan and support this event!
