Whitewater Boat Ramp

The Whitewater boat ramp is located on the east side of the Gunnison River. The boat ramp is used mostly as a takeout point for people floating down the river from places like Delta and Escalante Canyon. The site features a restroom and carry, in and out access under the railroad tracks. Future expansion of the area may include trail heads to access the Gunnison River Bluffs.

Location
Turn on Desert Road from Hwy 141 Follow Desert Rd to Mill Tailing Rd and watch for signs directing you to the boat ramp.
