Assessor’s Office mails Notices of Value for 2025 Reappraisal

The Mesa County Assessor’s Office will conclude the 2025 reappraisal and mail Notices of Value (NOV) to all taxpayers on May 1, 2025. The NOV will reflect sales, other data, and analyses from Jan. 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Taxpayers are encouraged to study their NOV carefully, as tax bills will be based on this Actual Value next January.

The Mesa County Treasurer’s Office was made aware of a text message scam targeting local residents today, April 30. The fraudulent messages falsely appear to come from the Treasurer’s Office but are not legitimate.
