Mesa County adopts state-required Wildfire Resiliency Code for unincorporated areas

Mesa County has adopted the state-required Wildfire Resiliency Code for unincorporated areas. The code applies to designated Wildland Urban Interface areas and primarily affects new construction and certain exterior projects beginning in 2026.
