Did you know leaving your dog in a hot car can be extremely dangerous? Dogs can't regulate their body temperature like we do, and the heat can quickly become unbearable. Remember, a parked car only takes a few minutes to reach deadly temperatures. So, leave your furry friend behind next time you're heading out to run errands!

Mesa County Sheriff's Office cuts ribbon on new substation

Last week the Mesa County Sheriff's Office cut the crime scene tape on the new substation at 126 2nd St. in Clifton. The new substation is 3,568 square feet and will serve as the home for the Law Operations Division of the Mesa County Sheriff's Office.
